OK to swap for a tested tool (25 % refund)
Test pieces have been used once and may have some clay residue, but are otherwise in perfect condition. If there is a test piece of a product I ordered, it may be sent instead of a new one.
You pay the normal price at checkout. The refund only applies to items a test piece is found for – 25 % of their price is refunded to your payment method once the order ships. If there is no test piece, you get a new item and no refund is made.
