By placing an order through Icewood Atelier, you agree to the following terms:

– All products are handmade to order.
– Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase. After that, production may begin and cancellation might not be possible.
– We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal services.
– If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We reserve the right to update these terms without prior notice.
