📜 Terms of Service

By placing an order through Icewood Atelier, you agree to the following terms:

– Most of our 3D-printed tools are made to order in our workshop in Finland. Stocked items such as glazes and supplies ship from stock.
– Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase. After that, production may begin and cancellation might not be possible.
– We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal services.
– If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know as soon as possible after noticing the problem. This does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

We reserve the right to update these terms without prior notice.
