14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items. Items must be unused and in the same condition as when delivered.

What we refund

When you cancel, we refund the price of the products and the original delivery cost (up to the cheapest standard shipping option). The cost of returning the items is paid by the customer. The refund is made to your original payment method within 14 days of your cancellation notice, once the returned items have reached us or you have provided proof of sending them.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
– Custom-made or personalized items
– Digital files
– Gift cards

Damaged, defective or incorrectly personalized items
If an item arrives damaged, is defective or the personalization is incorrect, we offer a free replacement or a full refund and cover the return costs. Please let us know as soon as possible after noticing the problem and include a clear photo. This does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

How to return
Email your cancellation to atelier.auer.shop(at)gmail.com with your order number. We will send you instructions and the return address.
