Baking

Icewood Atelier’s baking tools are made exclusively from Fillamentum NonOilen®, a fully bio-based material compliant with EU food-contact regulations, including EU 10/2011 and EC 1935/2004. NonOilen® is designed for safe direct contact with food, offers excellent heat resistance, and is easy to maintain. Finished products are fully dishwasher-safe.

 

All cookie cutters and embossed rolling surface designs are made to order in our workshop in Central Finland. Each item is inspected before shipping, and the smooth material surface ensures clean dough release. NonOilen® is odour-free, safe for repeated use and a sustainable alternative to conventional plastics.
