A glaze-layering duo based on one of AMACO's own published layering combinations: PC-53 Ancient Jasper over PC-30 Temmoku. Temmoku is a satin-matte, dark brown and tan speckled glaze that works beautifully as a base beneath more fluid Potter's Choice glazes. Ancient Jasper is a fluid, opaque glaze that shifts from soft black to olive green to rust red as the application gets thicker.

• Apply Temmoku first as the base, then Ancient Jasper on top
