Clay Support Mold - Vase with sharp edges

This reusable support mold helps you build clean, consistent vase clay forms like mugs, vases, and tumblers. Wrap the mold with plastic or newspaper, shape your clay slab around it, and let the clay firm up.

 

The mold features a built‑in handle, making removal incredibly easy — simply lift the mold straight out without squeezing or twisting the clay. The handle gives you full control and keeps the form perfectly round during release.

 

Perfect for hand‑building symmetrical forms without a wheel.

 

Tip!

It is very easy to use pattern roller on molds with sharp edges. You can use the roller on the clayslab AFTER you have "molded" it around the mold. In the example images we have used that technique with Japan 2 10cm roller.
