Pottery Rim Rounder – for smooth and symmetrical clay edges

This 3D-printed rim rounding tool helps you create clean, even, and symmetrical edges on your ceramic pieces.

 

Simply place the tool on leather-hard clay and slide it gently along the rim — the result is a beautifully finished edge that feels comfortable to use and gives your pottery a professional look.

 

The tool can also be used to shape the entire curve of a bowl.

 

Available in three sizes:

• Small: suitable for pieces with a diameter of approx. 5–10 cm (e.g., mugs, small bowls)

• Medium: suitable for pieces of 5–15 cm diameter

• Large: suitable for pieces with a diameter of approx. 9–15 cm (e.g., plates, medium-sized bowls)

 

Made from durable PLA plastic. Tools can be washed by hand in lukewarm water, but should not be exposed to heat or prolonged moisture.

 

Printable paper templates for two of the sizes are also available for use alongside these tools.
