Negative Round Mold – different sizes

This negative round mold helps you create elegant platters or dishes with raised edges. The mold is available in two different depths, so you can choose either a subtle raised edge or a deeper form (1 cm and 2 cm).

 

Recommendations for these molds

1. Pair it with our Round Scallop Cutter - Many sizes – Icewood Atelier to create stunning decorative plates, candle holders, and more. For the best results, we recommend choosing a cutter that is 2 cm larger than the mold. This ensures a perfect fit and a beautiful finish for your clay projects.
2. Personally I like using size 75mmx1cm for making plates for tealights. For example, pair it with size 10cm Mandala cutter&stamps.

 

Negative mold: A negative mold has a recessed shape that allows the clay slab to shrink away from the mold as it dries. This makes it a safe option, as the clay can remain in the mold throughout the entire drying process.

 

The molds are 3D‑printed from PLA.
